Our Little Wild Child

This is Derek and Megan Peterson, we have a beautiful little girl named Olivia. She seems so cute and smiley and innocent but when we get home she is a mischievious little thing. She has been this way since birth. She has learned things so fast and as soon as she learned to crawl she would wait til you weren't looking or paying attention and she would be gone. It has only got worse. Now she is walking at only ten months and when you are trying to keep her corralled in the room while you are cleaning or getting ready, she will wait and watch patiently until you make one little slip up like leaving the door cracked and within minutes she will be up to the top of the stairs which is a big "no no".

The other thing she will try to do is slide under the gate at the top of the stairs. at first it was cute to see her try but now that she is pretty much running everywhere she is losing weight, she can now get all the way to her ribs and she gets stuck. Silly girl. The only good thing about this is it has taught her to be on her tummy and go feet first down the stairs. Unfortunately, when the gate is open she thinks that the fastest way to the bottom is head first. Luckily, she has not made the trip to the bottom yet.
